Malathi Krishnamurthy Holla is an international maternity athlete from India.

She was awarded Arjuna award and Padma Shri for her achievements.

She was born on 6 July 1958 in kota, Karnataka, Bharat. Her father Krishnamurthy Holla ran a small hotel, while cross mother Padmavathi Holla took trouble of their four children. Malathi was paralyzed by polio considering that she was one year lower the temperature. Electric shock treatment for very than two years improved supplementary upper body strength.^[1]
