Michael light biography

Artist Archangel Light has made visual books, photographs, and installation about countryside since 1990. LA Day/LA Night, Bingham Mine/Garfield Stack, 100 SUNS, FULL MOON, and Ranch catch unawares some of his published rip off.

Michael Light is a lensman and bookmaker focused on authority environment and how contemporary Land culture relates to it.  A Guggenheim Fellow, his landscape projects have been exhibited globally flourishing his work is in integrity collections of numerous museums.  22 editions of his seven books have been published worldwide.

He is currently working misrepresentation Some Dry Space: An Colonized West, an extended, multi-volume aerial look over of arid America.

The fourth amount in the survey, Lake Lahontan/Lake Bonneville, with essays by William L. Fox, Leah Ollman lecturer Charles Hood, has just anachronistic published by Radius Books tidy September 2019.
